HITRUST r2 Certification Marketing Support

Supported and led the marketing compliance work required for QHP to achieve HITRUST r2 Certification on Microsoft Azure. I played a key role in aligning external communications, website content, branding, and ad copy with HITRUST’s strict requirements for privacy, consent, and medical service representation.

Project Timeline

Initiated internal discovery and documentation reviews. Marketing audits began to ensure existing branding and messaging aligned with HITRUST requirements.

Identified gaps in digital touchpoints (website, emails, brochures). Worked alongside IT and compliance to revise and approve new marketing content.

Collaborated with legal and compliance teams to standardize privacy statements and data usage language across platforms.

Participated in mock audits for marketing components. Final revisions to intake forms, digital copy, and documentation were made based on feedback.
