This campaign was built to raise awareness and drive traction for Embedded Mammography Services using a multi-channel approach. My team and I started by planning the strategy, defining our goals, and making sure all messaging was aligned across email, organic search, and social platforms. We launched in phases—starting with email outreach and organic content while closely monitoring traffic from Google Search and LinkedIn. The early weeks were focused on setup and testing, and once we had enough data, we scaled up to increase engagement and conversions.
We created all campaign assets from scratch, including emails, web tracking, and a live dashboard to track performance. Our email campaign reached over 105,000 contacts, with strong open and click-through rates. Most of our traffic came from organic search, LinkedIn, and our website. A custom dashboard helped us monitor traffic by source, engagement, and daily revenue, making it easy to adjust and optimize the campaign as we went. By the end, we had a clear picture of what worked and solid results to show for it.
We began with extensive discovery, meeting key departments to fully understand goals and challenges. This informed our outreach, which included targeted emails, paid ads, and organic content across high-traffic channels.
Midway, we ran multiple email versions using a flexible A/B-style strategy. Designs and methods were matched to user data, allowing us to adapt in real time and boost performance across key segments.
